Kramer Nelson is the Founder and CEO of 272 Holdings. A seasoned investor and deal maker, Kramer has built a career at the intersection of private equity, commercial real estate, and venture capital, executing transactions across multiple asset classes and economic cycles.
Before founding 272 Holdings, Kramer co-founded Delos Capital Advisors and began his career at Highland Capital Management, where he gained expertise in hedge fund strategies, structured finance, and capital markets. Over the past decade, he has invested in and exited multiple businesses, acquired and repositioned real estate assets, and partnered with innovative startups — building a track record of full-cycle investments and value creation.
